We run a variety of monthly community events that are fun and educational in nature. Our onsite events include colouring sessions (with LGBTIQ+ themed colouring pages), games days (boardgames and video games), movie nights, discussion groups, make-up days, karaoke nights and yoga sessions. Our offsite events include cycling, bootcamp and zumba sessions. As well as the health component, our offsite events aim to help our beneficiaries feel safe in spaces outside of our own (out in the “real world”).

Where necessary and possible, we provide educational scholarships to Khmer LGBTIQ+ individuals, who do not always have the same opportunities as others. It is well known and reported that LGBTIQ+ individuals have higher drop-out rates due to discrimination and bullying from both fellow students and teachers alike. They also experience higher rates of homelessness and lack of support from families that do not accept them. Our scholarship recipients have thus far studied English, Professional Health Counselling and Tourism at various institutions and universities in Cambodia.
